Aparajeyo Bangla, (Unvanquished Bengal) in front of the Arts Faculty of Dhaka University, is one of the most well-known sculptures dedicated to the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971. The work was started at the end of 1973 based on sculptor Abdullah Khaled'€™s design and superintendence of the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) Authority. It was completed in 1979.
