Mohammad Anisul Hoque (1969), born: Bangladesh, is a freelance documentary photographer and a graduate of Pathshala South Asian Media Institute. His work “High Life” was featured in the Chobi Mela VI, International Photography Exhibition. His photo story ‘Spiritual Belief’ was featured in the Dhaka Art Summit, 2012 at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, Dhaka. The story “Jamdani” won the humanity photo award at the Premiere Exhibition organized by the China Folklore Photographic Association. He is also a Bonsai artist and has won the first prize at the National Exhibition and Competition for bonsai in 2005 and 2007, organized by the Embassy of Japan and Bangladesh Bonsai Society. Currently he is the general secretary of Bangladesh Bonsai Society.
